SHIPPING POLICY, LARGE VOLUME ORDERS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, our dry mixes are available on Amazon Prime, which is the fastest and most affordable route. Shipping can be much faster for the East Coast as well through Amazon Prime. All other Amazon products besides our dry mixes are fulfilled by our warehouse in California.

We ship most domestic orders via FedEx or USPS. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to fulfill and ship. Under certain circumstances it may take up to two weeks for custom orders and color adjustments. Tracking information is provided once order is ready to ship.

Shipping Transit Time: Delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days depending on location. 

Expedited Shipping: Please contact us for quoted expedited shipping. Some orders may not be able to be expedited.

PICK UP ORDERS

For phone orders 24HR notice is required for pickup orders. For online orders please confirm the pick up date and time first.

SHIPPING LARGE VOLUME ORDERS

Generally, orders over 10 bags/pails are considered large volume orders. Volume orders may require shipping via LTL on a pallet due to weight. A standard full pallet is 60 bags or 36 five-gallon pails. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact us for international orders. Pallet or container shipping is the most cost effective. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Haiti or Mexico, but are happy to get your items to your international shipper for you.

SALES POLICY

Returns may be made for refund within 30 days of purchase for unopened items. Vasari is not responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns on tinted Lime Paint or plaster material unless there is an obvious color defect or other error on our behalf. Items purchased in damaged or non-functioning condition will be replaced with the same item or refunded. If your order is damaged by a shipper please submit pictures to orders@vasariplaster.com so that we can submit a claim on your behalf and get a replacement on the way.

Our policy is to prepare and ship only orders that have been paid in full, and we appreciate it very much when our customers plan ahead.

VASARI ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF PAYMENT: All major credit cards, check by email, and wire transfer. Invoices sent directly from us may be paid by you directly online with a credit card.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise only on orders shipped within California.
